Game access

Firebreak Command is a fictional game. It does not provide professional fire training certification or real emergency instructions. Private worlds require confirmed accounts, owner approval and an active World Pass; a purchase does not grant access to someone else’s private world.

Purchases and returns

The proposed game price is $49 before applicable taxes. The requested policy is no discretionary returns once digital access is supplied, except where law or payment-provider rules require a refund or cancellation right. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact. Any required digital-delivery consent must be collected before checkout. Refunded, reversed or disputed sales cannot remain eligible for affiliate payouts.

Firefighter affiliates

Applications require owner approval and accurate firefighter and department information. Affiliates must have permission to represent their department, submit its patch and share its story. Approval does not authorize unsolicited messages or misleading claims. Clearly disclose an affiliate relationship when sharing a referral.

Revenue allocations and payouts

25% of each pre-tax sale price supports actual firefighters. On an eligible affiliate sale, the selected department receives that same 25%, not an additional 25%; the approved affiliate receives 10%. The remaining amount stays with the seller before fees and other expenses. At $49 this is $12.25 and $4.90 respectively.

Payouts become eligible after 60 Monday–Friday working days following the sale. The current calculation excludes weekends, uses UTC and does not exclude public holidays. Returns, reversals and disputes prevent payout eligibility. Payment verification, recipient verification and a payout method are required before money is sent. Records are not proof of payment; a payout confirmation reference is required.

Privacy and consent

Personal phone numbers, email addresses, department contact details and application records are private to the account and authorized owner review. Department stories are shared only with explicit permission and approval. Patch sponsorship requires permission and separate review. Optional game emails, newsletters and popups are separate opt-ins; consent can be changed in Settings.

Recommendations

Feature recommendations are collected for owner review. Frequently requested features may be considered for a roadmap; submitting a recommendation does not guarantee implementation or a delivery date.
